Before returning item for warranty or repair, all users (including resellers) must submit a warranty request on this board by posting a new topic. (Non-notifed return may not be dealed with.)

Please provide these information below in order for us to process your warranty claim.
1. product model
2. the fault (hardware fault only)
3. date of purchase
4. Country, location of purchase

After submission, we will determine your warranty status with 24 hours and tell you the return procedures.
If the item is not covered under warranty, we will advice the cost of repair.

Note: This is a special board, no one except the member who post the thread or our staffs have permission to see and reply to the threads.

When returning the item, you must include a note (or a printout from the forum) including
1. product model
2. the fault
3. date of purchase
4. Country, location of purchase
5. your return address (when someone is available to sign the delivery during working hours)
6. contact e-mail and phone number
7. Name (or forum username)
8. detailed list of items returned
