Files greater than 4gb?

Hi.

I wanted to know if this unit support files that are greater than 4gb? I am hoping that it isnt based on FAT32.. otherwise this unit will be useless!!!

Most full length BDRips are 4.3gb encoded at 720p... and the 1080p ones are on avg 10GB!!!!

Re: Files greater than 4gb?

Will get back to you, sold out and don't have a unit on my hand to check this atm. Shipment on its way.

From my understanding, NTFS should work in microSD card or external storage (va OTG) but you cannot format its internal storage into NTFS.

Re: Files greater than 4gb?

Do you have any idea how to format USB flash drive or microSD card to NTFS using Windows XP?
because windows does not provide such option!!!!

I have tried and I am able to read my USB hard disk which is formatted to NTFS, using the T11TE. However, I am only able to power up my USB hard disk when using external power supply, the T11TE itself does not seems to provide enough power to power up  my USB hard disk.

Well, the answer is YES, NTFS does work but only if you can find a way to format your flash drive to NTFS first.

Btw, the T11TE are available for delivery right NOW if you want to place an order Wink
